Star Vision Ltd. is headed by Chartered Land Surveyor, ARICS to provide land surveying, cadastral surveying, GIS surveying, hydrographic surveying, geodetic surveying and profile surveying for our clients in map making and plan submission.

Star Vision provided land surveying services to many clients such as TVB, SmarTone, Hutchison etc. Our GIS surveying provides down to 15mm (within 1 inch) accuracy on horizontal and vertical measurement in a hydrographic surveying project for AFCD. Our geodetic surveying and engineering surveying for TVB surveying project had measurement of coordinates between distance over 10km and down to 4mm engineering level.

With combination of traditional topographic and cadastral instrument, we also employ high-end DGPS technology for high precision measurement down to cm level. With our hand-held GPS and our portable computer system, SV MapEngine, a software system with GPS connection developed by Star Vision Ltd., we can track location at few seconds interval and automatic display the current location on digital map database on the portable computer.

Our deliverables not only include the surveying service with reporting but can also provide digital map database creation, GIS spatail database build, land cover map formation, land use map production, digital terrain model creation, visual impact analysis, independent checker for other surveying firms, technical witness report for court case and etc.
